Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order to request a replacement. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing your request.
Exchanges: If you received the wrong size or want a different size, you may request an exchange. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If approved, your replacement will be processed, and we will provide details regarding the shipment of your new item.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for any packages that are marked as delivered but go missing afterward. If your package is stolen or misplaced after delivery, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. However, if your package is lost during transit before delivery, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that are not in their original condition or do not meet our return criteria.
